Laura Frégeau (she/her) is an Occupational Therapist living and working in Québec, Canada. She has been practicing as an OT in Montreal and across the province through telehealth since receiving her Masters at McGill University in 2013. Laura is also a PhD student at McGill in rehabilitation science. Her research interests focus on understanding changes in functioning over time in those with severe fatigue related to Long Covid.

She lives with chronic illness and is a member of a neurodiverse family, which has allowed her to bring together her extensive training and lived experience to work in collaboration with clients to come up with personalized recommendations, tools and strategies that match the day to day realities of learning to live well with symptoms.

Laura has recently completed her training as a Certified Therapeutic Game Master and is looking forward to bringing tabletop role playing games into her practice!

In her free time, Laura is a collector of hobbies. She loves to start her day practicing piano and end her day working on her latest knitting or crochet project.
