Anike Vanagas
Owner & Physiotherapist
Address
Anike’s path to physiotherapy is a deeply personal one. Inspired by her own experiences with injuries as a competitive snowboard cross athlete training for the Olympics, she earned her degree in physiotherapy in 2019, driven by a desire to help others get back to the activities they love.
She now focuses on treating people with chronic pain and hypermobility. Her interest in hypermobility and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) is particularly personal, as both she and her husband are hypermobile. This firsthand understanding gives her a unique insight into the day-to-day challenges of living with the condition.
Anike uses a comprehensive approach, combining manual therapy with tailored exercise, education, and practical advice on lifestyle and workplace adjustments. This method empowers her clients to manage symptoms and improve their quality of life.
When she’s not helping clients, Anike is a passionate athlete who plays a variety of sports year-round. In fact, there are very few sports she doesn’t play. She also loves to travel and explore new places.
