Leah Glassman
Physiotherapist
Leah’s interest in physiotherapy began while recovering from a swimming-related injury as a member of the McGill Varsity swim team. The positive impact of her rehab experience inspired her to pursue the field herself, and she later completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto.
As a lifelong athlete, Leah believes strongly in the power of movement. Her client-centered approach considers the whole person, not just the injury. She empowers clients through education, functional lifestyle strategies, and active participation in their rehabilitation. Leah is also a certified mat Pilates instructor and integrates Pilates principles into her treatment approach, alongside manual therapy, strength training, functional exercises, and sport-specific conditioning to support recovery and resilience—helping clients return to the activities that matter most to them, whether that’s sport, recreation, or daily life.
Outside the clinic, Leah draws from her background in high-performance sport, having competed as a national-level athlete in swimming and water polo. She stays active through swimming, biking, hiking, skiing, paddleboarding, and pickleball. Leah also enjoys scuba diving and surfing during her travels and is a certified Divemaster. Having explored over 55 countries, she finds inspiration in new places and cultures, enriching both her personal and professional growth. She is also an enthusiastic supporter of women’s sports.
